Here at B2B Sales Solutions, we are developing a team of highly trained Business Development Specialists who assist our clients by setting highly qualified appointments for them and their sales teams. Each project is designed to help our clients to achieve their sales goals and objectives whilst maintaining a suitable return on investment.

B2B Sales Solutions was founded by two experienced and well connected Directors, Mark Pickles (Sales Director) and Steve Witkiewicz (Managing Director). Steve and Mark have over 30 years of sales experience between them, including everything from telesales to field sales, sales management and sales training through to trouble shooting. Steve and Mark both have extensive experience in the SME market place working with firms in various sectors and disciplines:

In addition to this, Mark was also a top performer in the corporate (and competitive) world of Pharmaceuticals and is also a highly respected ex-Sandler Sales Trainer - B2B is very fortunate to have someone with Mark’s knowledge and experience on board.

Steve, however, has carved out a solid reputation in the business networking world and it’s no accident that so many people refer to him as Steve ‘Weetabix’ – The Cereal Networker. Steve has set up and run a number of business networking groups in the past and educated business owners in the art of pro-active referral generation.

Our mission at B2B is to bring credibility and professionalism back to the outbound telemarketing industry, which is a misunderstood and under-appreciated industry in the UK. We’ve identified that sales people placed in such roles are under-trained and unappreciated so is it any wonder that the sector has such a high turnover rate with below average results. We overcome this by investing extremely heavily in the training and development of our employees with the majority receiving at least four weeks intensive training before they are trusted to work on important client projects.
